Abstract

In this study, four research variables were analyzed: Service Quality, Safety Management System, Safety Culture, and Aviation Traffic Guidance as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely Aviation Safety. The problem formulation, research objectives and hypotheses in this study are to analyze the positive influence individually between the independent variables, namely Service Quality, Safety Management System, Safety Culture, and Aviation Traffic Guidance on the dependent variable, namely Aviation Safety. In this research, the objects taken were employees of Soekarno-Hatta Tangerang Airport. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 76 respondents who were employees of Soekarno-Hatta Tangerang Airport. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression techniques and uses SPSS 25.0 statistical tools. Y = -1.746 + 0.373x1 + 0.244x2 + 0.320x3 + 0.188x4 + µ The results of multiple regression research show that there is a partial positive influence of service quality on aviation safety (t count 4.715 > t table 1.99346), Safet management system on aviation safety (t count 2.915 > t table 1.99346), Safety culture on aviation safety (t count 2.713 > t table 1.99346), and air traffic guidance on flight safety (t count 2.018 > t table 1.99346). Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination obtains a correlation value of Adjusted R^2 of 0.627, thus 62.7% in influencing flight safety, while the remainder (100%-62.7% = 37.3%) is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in the research This.
