Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country separated by seas, rivers and lakes. The Indonesian economy depends on inter-island crossings. PT Angkutan Sungai Danau Penyeberangan Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a company that manages ferry transportation, especially passenger and vehicle crossings. The importance of passenger and vehicle transportation services, especially in terms of loading and unloading services at the port, especially at the sosoro express port, the main branch of Merak. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely passenger and vehicle loading services at the Merak main branch Sosoro express port, parties involved in passenger and vehicle loading services at the Merak main branch sosoro express port, costs incurred in passenger loading services and vehicles at the express port of sosoro, the main branch of Merak, as well as obstacles and solutions to solve these problems. Here the author uses the data collection method that the author uses in this writing is by observation, interviews and libraryresearchthat theauthor collects.
