Abstract
This paper was written to obtain a more in-depth picture of the role of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras and related agencies, documents required, custom clearance process for importing goods, obstacles and how to overcome obstacles in the process of importing goods. There are several background problems that the author must resolve, namely the process of importing goods, filling in documents using the system, related agencies, and problems encountered in the system. For the data used, I used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with document, operational and admin parties. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through books, archives and other sources. The data collection method used is observation, which involves directly observing activities in the field. From the results of the observations, it can be concluded that PT.Samudera Perdana Selaras operates in the field of Customs Management Services which serves the delivery of imported and exported goods between countries via land, sea and air, where this company helps with the processing of export and import documents, making it easier for customers in the process of exporting and importing goods between countries. One of the processes is filling out the Goods Import Notification (PIB) document. Keywords:Bunkering,process and facilities.
