Abstract
The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code is an international regulation About the security of ships and port facilities. It is hoped that the stipulation of this regulation will regulate the requirements for the government, ship owning companies and ports. Based on the description above, the aim is to carry out guidance, supervision and security of the ISPS Code area at the Semarang port office. The supervisory method applies monitoring, guarding and securing the port area and the KSOP Semarang office area. The results obtained during monitoring, guarding and securing the area appear to be orderly and safe from security disturbances in the Semarang port area. The organizing unit is responsible for regulations on facilities and infrastructure, as well as ensuring awareness of work safety both in the port area and on board the ship. The conclusion is that there is a need to increase the sense of responsibility for the tasks carried out by each organizing unit at the Tanjung Emas Class 1 Port Authority Harbor Master's office, Semarang.
