Abstract
To everyone who works or in a working group, performance always is expected to always both the quality and quantity. To get results itself shall supported to the ability of work, leadership, discipline work, and motivation work. The formulation of a problem, research objectives and hypotheses on this research is to analyze the influence of independent variables between which is the ability of work, leadership, work discipline, motivation work against dependent variable namely the employee performance. Samples to this research is 138 of respondents who people are Dinhubkominfo Kabupaten Kudus. Technique analyzing of is a technique linear regression multiple. Based on the research done and analysis multiple produced equation: Y = 3,016 + 0,115.X1 + 0,313.X2 + 0,267.X3 + 0,128.X4 + µ The results of the regression equation is linear multiple shows that there are positive influence in partial between the ability work of the performance of employees (tcount 2,194 > ttabel 1,9779), leadership of the performance of employees (tcount 5,788 > ttabel 1,977), discipline work of the performance of employees (tcount 5,142 > ttabel 1,977) and motivation work of the performance of employees (tcount 2,490 > ttabel 1,977).While for feasibility study a model (fcount 45,915 > ftabel 2,44).The influence of fourth variable with research very strong correlation value adjusted R2 = 0,567. Simultaneously variable the ability work, leadership, discipline work and motivation work influential 56,7% of performance civil servants and 43,3% influenced by variable research not detected at this research.
