Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is regarding the handling of imports of MBM (Meat and Bone Meal) animal feed by PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely handling imports of animal feed, documents required during handling, as well as obstacles that occur when handling imports of animal feed. PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi is a Sea Freight Expedition Company (EMKL)\(PPJK) Customs Services Management Company that serves export-import activities for various commodities. The purpose of this paper is to understand the handling of animal feed (Meat and Bone Meal) imports, the documents required, and the obstacles that occur. The method used is qualitative data obtained by means of observation, interviews, documents. The results obtained are being able to find out how MBM (Meat and Bone Meal) animal feed import handlers are handled starting from EMKL/PPJK receiving documents from the importer to returning the Empty Container, as well as overcoming all obstacles that occur when handling MBM (Meat and Bone Meal) animal feed imports.
