Abstract
This observation aims to examine the export process managed by customs service companies, as well as the role and challenges faced in optimizing efficiency and regulatory compliance. The export process involves various stages starting from document preparation, goods inspection, to delivery to the destination country. Customs services companies function as mediators between exporters and customs authorities to ensure the smooth running of the process. Through case study methods and interviews with practitioners in this field, this research identifies key factors that influence the success of the export process, including understanding international regulations, technical expertise, and the use of information technology. The observation results show that effective collaboration between exporters and customs service companies, as well as the use of appropriate technology, can increase operational efficiency and compliance with regulations. This research provides practical insights for exporters and other stakeholders in managing export processes more efficiently and in accordance with regulations.
