Abstract

Kalianget Harbor Crossing has an important and strategic role in development in Sumenep Regency. The ferry port in Kalianget is one of the gateways for commodity exchange and a crossing point between the islands, namely Kangean Island and Masalembu. In order to make crossings easier in a short time, the Sumenep Regency government launched the Express Bahari 9c engine ship at KM fast boat port. Express Bahari 9c is directly managed by the Regional Government. Who plans the KM crossing transportation. Express Bahari strives to provide the best possible service to service users. Therefore, planning and development needs to be organized into one integrated system. To realize integrated, safe, comfortable and orderly services, good accessibility and utility support is needed internally. In this research, the data obtained was by observation, interviews and documentation. Observations were carried out on May 2 2024. The method used was a quantitative method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the level of service user satisfaction based on five dimensions is considered quite satisfactory and the level of service quality performance provided by the management can meet passenger expectations. And Kalianget's service delivery is deemed to have met the criteria based on PM No. 39 of 2015 Keywords: Perception, Service Level, Service Standard.
