Abstract

The feasibility testing process is a service for people who want to carry out vehicle testing, both in the registration process, payment process, testing process and archiving process. The fitness test is an important part of the driver's vehicle operation, especially transportation. If a vehicle does not carry out a fitness test, the vehicle is not considered fit to operate on the road and could result in an accident. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. With a population of all Kendal Regency transport drivers who carried out the KIR test at the Kendal Regency Transportation Service and a sample of 100 respondents was taken. With non- probability sampling techniques, purposive sampling type, data collection using questionnaires, sample research techniques when all members of the population are used as a sample and also known as a census. Y = -1,485 + 0,181X1 + 0,091X2 + 0,455X3 + 0,364X4 + µ From the results of research on the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the Facilities and Infrastructure variable (X3) has a high influence on other variables, namely Driver Awareness (X1), Employee Performance (X4) and the Transport Conditions variable (X2). has a low influence in influencing the feasibility test process. In testing the coefficient of determination (R square), the Adjusted R Square value is 0.542, meaning that 54.2% of the variation in the dependent variable of the feasibility test can be explained through the independent variables: Driver Awareness (X1), Transport Conditions (X2), Infrastructure (X3), Employee Performance (X4), while the remaining 45.8% is explained by other variables outside the model described in this research. Keywords : Driver Awareness, Transport Conditions, Infrastructure, Employee Performance, Due Test Process.
