Abstract
PT Inti Sukses Garmindo is a company located in a bonded area, carrying out industrial business activities of processing goods and materials, engineering sorting, initial inspection, final inspection and packing of goods, imported materials or materials from other Indonesian customs areas, whose results are mainly for export. PT Inti Sukses Garmindo in managing the export process of sample pants uses CEISA 4.0. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the procedure for exporting sample pants and the obstacles faced in export activities. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the procedure for exporting sample pants and knowing the constraints in export activities using the CEISA 4.0 application system. Based on data collection during Land Practices (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely, literature study, observation or observation, and interviews.
