Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence between independent variables (perceived usefulness, system quality, service quality and information quality) on the dependent variable (user satisfaction). (user satisfaction). data collection was carried out using 100 respondents. respondents. Through observation, literature study and questionnaire methods. Data analysis technique data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program V.22. Based on this analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = -0.850 + 0.175 X1 + 0.108 X2 + 0.353 X3 + 0.425 X4 + µ . Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables, namely perceived usefulness (X1), system quality (X2), service quality (X3) and information quality (X4) studied are proven to be useful. information quality (X4) studied are partially proven to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely user satisfaction. significantly affect the dependent variable, namely user satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination test coefficient of determination, the Adjust R Square value is 0.552 (55.2%). This means that user satisfaction satisfaction is 55.2% influenced by perceived usefulness, system quality, service quality and information quality. While the rest (100% - 55.2% = 44.8%) is explained by other factors outside the variable model that are not studied.not examined. So the conclusion of the results of this study is that partially the variables of perceived usefulness, system quality, service quality and information quality have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the access by KAI application.
