Abstract

Export success is the activity of removing goods from the Indonesian customs area to the customs area of another country. Every item that is exported creates new effective demand which makes goods in the domestic market look for innovation to increase productivity. For this reason PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen is committed to continuing to increase deliveries of textile goods for export. However, deliveries of export goods do not always meet the targets set each year. Therefore, it is necessary to measure export success related to marketing strategy, product quality, service quality and human resources. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the partial influence of marketing strategy, product quality, service quality and human resources on export success at PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 application. The regression formulation in this research is as follows: Y = -2,273+ 0,311.X1 + 0,253.X2 + 0,344.X3 + 0,311.X4 + µ From the results of the linear regression equation, the effect is that the marketing strategy (X1) has (t count 3.855 > t table 1.66600), the product quality variable (X2) has (t count 3.307 > t table 1.66600), the service quality variable (X3) has (t count 4.517 > t table 1.66600) and the HR variable (X4) has (t count 4.779 > t table 1.66600). Meanwhile, the Adjusted R2 value = 0.690. This means that 69.0% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely export success, is explained by the independent variables, namely marketing strategy, product quality, service quality and human resources. The remaining 100% - 69.0% = 31.0%, influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords: Export Success, Marketing Strategy, Product Quality, Service Quality, Human Resources
