Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper was created to obtain an in-depth picture of the role of PT. Meridian Agensi Indonesia Gresik branch, especially in the vessel docking arrival process. LPG/C. Gas One at the Maspion Gresik terminal, documents required, related agencies, ship operational costs, stages passed, obstacles experienced as well as solutions to overcome obstacles in the process of ship berthing activities and the results of resolving these solution obstacles. For the data used, the author uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with field operations and branch heads. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through books, archives and other sources. The data collection method used is observation which involves directly observing activities at the port. The results of the research can be concluded that the company operates in the field of shipping agency services, where this company helps provide arrival and departure services for ships during loading and unloading activities at the port terminal.
