Abstract
How Effective is the Implementation of ETLE, Enforcement of Driving Regulations, and Driver Behavior on Traffic Order on Jalan R. A Kartini, Rembang City? The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of ETLE implementation, enforcement of driving regulations, and driver behavior regarding orderly traffic flow on Jalan R. A Kartini, Rembang City. This research uses descriptive analysis research methods using primary data, namely questionnaires. This research used a Likert scale given to 100 respondents. All data processing uses SPSS 26 for Windows. Data analysis consists of validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests (t), and coefficient of determination tests. From the results of the regression test, the regression equation obtained is Y = 7.420 + 0.174 – 0.115 + 0.429 + µ. In the results of the hypothesis test (t), there is a positive and significant relationship between the effectiveness of implementing ETLE and orderly traffic flow with a sig value. 0.007 and the calculated t value is 2.766, then the driver behavior variable also has a positive and significant influence on traffic orderliness with a sig value. 0.000 and the calculated t value is 4.300. Meanwhile, the variable for enforcing driving regulations has no partial effect on the traffic order variable, with a value of sig. 0.214 and the calculated t value is -1.251.
