Abstract
Service Quality, Locatin, And Test Results on Community Satisfaction of Sevice Users in Motor Vehicle Testing at the Rembang Regency Transportation Service. The aim of this research is to analyze service quality, location, and test results on the satisfaction of service users in motor vehicle testing at the Rembang Regency Transportation Service. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods using primary data, namely questionnaires. This research uses 100 respondents where the respondents’ answers will be measured using a Likert Scale, data processing using the SPSS 26 for winsows application. Data analysis consists of validity test, reability, nomality test, multicollonearrity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiplelinear regresion analysis, hypothesis test (t), and coefficient of determination teest. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 5.822 + 0.100 X1 + 0.307 X2 + 0.133 X3 + ��. Hipothesis test (t), therre is no positive infuence between service quality and satisfaction of service users with a significant value of 0.165 with a tcount of 1.400, then the location variable has a positive and significant influence with a significant value of 0.001 and a tcount of 3.584, and the test result variable has no effect partially on the variable satisfaction of service users with a significant value of 0.099 an tcount of 1.655.
