Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Performance of the MT Crew. Sincerity Company United Maritime Pte Ltd Singapore. The sample in this study amounted to 98 respondents MT Ship Employees. Sincerity at the United Maritime Pte Ltd Singapore Company, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely by Quota sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 23. The results of research by testing the hypothesis t-test partially showed that Vessel Conditions, Manning and Training that affect Crew Performance. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the equation is: Y = 0.460 + 0.134 X1, + 0.615 X2 + 0.226 X3 + µ Shows that, based on empirical data (results of filling out questionnaires) and multiple linear regression results show that the Ship Condition variable (X1) has a t count of 2.035 > t table of 1.98552 then, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The manning variable (X2) has a t count of 11,554 > t table of 1.98552, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The training variable (X3) has a t-value of 3.303 and a t-table of 1.98552, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Ship Conditions, Manning and Training which affect Crew Performance.
