Abstract

Indonesia has been known to the world as the largest archipelagic state which has a very strategic geographical constellation, because Indonesia's territory is located at the crossroads of the world, namely between two continents and two oceans, based on sources from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Inaportnet is an open and neutral electronic portal to facilitate the exchange of port service data and information quickly, safely, neutrally and easily. Inaportnet can also submit SPOG requests for moving ships so that only those who have an interest in the port can access this system. The aim of this paper is to find out the procedure for issuing spog on inaportnet, documents, related parties, obstacles, and how the spog system works on inaportnet. In collecting data, the author used observation, interviews, document study and literature study methods. From the results of the writing, it is concluded that submitting an application for spog issuance using the Inaportnet System, no longer uses the manual method as before, but uses the Inaportnet System which can be accessed in each office. Which is controlled directly by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. In becoming an agent for the shipping company PT. Transcoal Pacific also has an obligation to double-check ship documents. And is responsible for all the ship's needs if there are deficiencies in the ship's equipment and safety for safe sailing.
