Abstract
Efisiensi is an Indonesian autobus company originating from Kebumen, Central Java, one of its destinations is Semarang-Kebumen. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness, responsiveness of officers, fares and brand awareness of interest in repurchasing Efisiensi Bus tickets. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were Efficiency Bus passengers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is produced: Y= - 1.731+ 0,332X1 + 0,306X2 + 0,295X3 + 0,197X4 + µ The results of the regression analysis and t test show that the effectiveness variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest (Y), the officer responsiveness variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest (Y), the tariff variable (X3) has a positive and significant on repurchase interest (Y), and the brand awareness variable has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest (Y). The conclusion of this research is that the variables effectiveness, officer responsiveness, rates and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.
