Abstract

This research aims to determine the facilities, services, security and trust in passenger satisfaction at the domestic passenger terminal by PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) SUB Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara. The population in this study were all ship passengers at domestic terminals who met the criteria and characteristics. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a type of sampling, namely quota sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The results of this research show that the variables of facilities, service, security, trust partially influence passenger satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation : Y = -0.799 + 0.227 X1 + 0.328 X2 + 0.145 X3 + 0.137 X4 + µ. From the multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing passenger satisfaction is facilities with an adjusted R Square test of 0.539 or 53,9% of the variation in the dependent variable of passenger satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables facilities, service, security and trust. . Meanwhile, the remaining 46,1% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (Facilities, Service, Security and Trust), which have an influence on the dependent variable (Passenger Satisfaction).
