Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of vehicle condition, anticipated load, physical condition of the road, and anticipated human error, on driving safety. In this research, the objects taken were all goods transport drivers on the Pantura Juwana - Batangan road section. In this study, the population is goods transport drivers on the Juwana - Batangan road section. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique and using SPSS 26.0 statistical tools, based on the results of research and data analysis, regression marketing is produced: Y = -1.735 + 0.291X1 + 0.256X2 + 0.247X3 + 0.335X4+ µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between vehicle condition on driving safety (t count = 3.442 > t table = 1.98498), anticipated load on driving safety (t count = 2.398 > t table = 1.98498) , physical condition of the road on driving safety (t count = 2.892 > t table = 1.98498), anticipation of human error on driving safety (t count = 4.802 > t table = 1.98498) the influence of the four research variables is very strong with the coefficient of determination value The result obtained was 50.7% for driving safety, and 49.3% (100% - 50.7%) was influenced by undetected variables.
