Abstract

Cylinder Head is a component of the cylinder block cover which is responsible for closing the cylinder cavity, where the space that is closed is the combustion chamber. In this writing, the author uses a qualitative method, the main subject of the writing is the author himself. The qualitative writing method is writing that does not use calculations or is termed scientific writing which emphasizes the natural character of the data source. Based on observations and research on the Cylinder Head maintenance system on the TB main engine. BLORO 03 then the following results can be taken: Knowing the problem with the Cylinder Head, By maintaining the Cylinder Head it makes it more durable and long lasting, Knowing the initial causes of problems with the Cylinder Head, Cylinder Head Maintenance Procedures in accordance with the Plan Maintenance System (PMS) After the author made observations, an interview at TB.
