Abstract
Transportation plays a very important role in connecting areas that are the source of materials. The form of physical movement of people or goods can be seen from the magnitude of the traffic relationship through a connecting infrastructure called the road. Therefore, roads as transportation infrastructure are expected to accommodate all passing vehicles and provide good service for all road users. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 Trans Semarang bus drivers. This study uses a census, that is, all of the population is studied, so the sample taken is 100 respondents. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the condition of the vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and facilities on the Motor Vehicle Feasibility Test. This research was conducted on the Trans Semarang bus driver as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.24 program. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the following equations are produced: Y = 0,539 + 0,192X1 + 0,189X2 + 0,545X3 + µ Where the variables of Vehicle Condition (X1), Vehicle Maintenance (X2), Facilities (X3) and Motor Vehicle Feasibility Test (Y) were tested using the t test showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on Service User Satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.604 indicates that 60.4 percent of the Motor Vehicle Feasibility Test variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 39.6 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.
