Abstract

This study has purpose to know the analysis of influence discipline work, skill work, and working ability to employee performance stevedoring at the PT SinarTrans Global Semarang. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The samples in this research and 45 respondents of employees of Stevedoring at The SinarTrans Global Semarang. Data collection is done buy observation method, library study, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique by first tested through questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and test of classical assumption (multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, heterokedastisitas, and normalit). Result of analysis with statical tools SPSS V.23 program obtained multiple linear regression equation. Y = 4,565 + 0,286 X1 + 0,244 X2 + 0,195 X3 + µ Show that, based on empirical data ( result of quesionnaire filling ) and result of multiple linear regression equatio shows that discipline work variable (X1) has value tcount2,990 > ttable 2,016 then, Horejected and Ha accepted. Working ability variable (X2) has value tcount 2,875 > ttable 2,016 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Affective Comitment variable (X3) has value tcount2,106 > ttable 2,016 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted.Thus the results showed there was a positive influence between Discipline work, Skill work and Working ability to the Employee performance.
