Abstract

Loading and unloading is a shipping activity loading or unloading a cargo from the wharf, barge, truck into the hold or deck, using cranes and pulleys of ships or land or with other unloading equipment, where goods are moved from and to the ship problems with loading and unloading The said ship is anchored without following the loading and unloading schedule applied at the port concerned so that it appears that it is late for loading and unloading because it cannot be serviced. This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence loading and unloading, determining the path of goods, custom clearance, operations, and waiting time for goods (Y). This research was conducted at PT. Port of Indonesia Semarang Branch as a sample. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the equation is: Y = - 1.612 + 0.335.X1 + 0.309.X2 + 0.271.X3 + 0.206.X4 + µ Where the variables Waiting Time for Stacking Goods (Y), Loading and Unloading (X1), Determination of Goods Routes (X2), Custom Clearance (X3), Operations (X4) are tested using the t test showing that the four independent variables partially have a significant effect on Time Wait for Goods Stacking as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.633 indicates that 64.3% of the container loading and unloading speed variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords : Loading and unloading, Determination of Goods Path, Custom Cleareance, Operations
