Abstract
The main topic of discussion in writing this paper was created to obtain an in- depth overview of the role of PT Rimo Transport Expressindo, especially the container handling process for exporting goods. The purpose of this observation is to find out the handling of PT Rimo Transport Expressindo containers and the stages that the parties involved go through, the documents required, the obstacles experienced and the methods used to properly handle containers at PT Rimo Transport Experssindo. Overcoming obstacles in the container handling process for exporting goods. The data collection method used is that the author uses a qualitative method, namely direct observation in the field and data sources obtained through direct interviews, observation, namely directly seeing activities at the port, books, archives and other sources. The results of the research can be concluded that this company operates in the shipping and container sector, where this company helps manage the delivery of goods via sea transportation with containers, making it easier for consumers to send goods between islands in Indonesia and abroad. Even though in the container handling process there are still several factors that create obstacles in its implementation, the company is making every effort to ensure the process of handling containers for export goods runs smoothly.
