Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the analysis of service quality, accessibility and sales promotion on the decisions of service users. Data collection was carried out using 100 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. based on research results and multiple linear regression analysis was generated equality : Y= 5.491 + 0.020.X1 + 0.111.X2 + 0.619.X3 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on the service user's decision (Y), the accessibility variable (X2) has a positive effect on the service user's decision (Y) and the sales promotion variable (X3) has a positive effect on the service user's decision (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.391) which means 39.1%, the variable coefficient of service quality, accessibility and sales promotion on service user decisions is 39.1%, while the rest (100% - 39.1% = 60.9%) influenced by other variables outside the research.
