Abstract
Log loading and unloading procedures are a series of steps that must be followed to ensure that these activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with environmental safety standards. This abstract provides a brief overview of log loading and unloading procedures, including preparation, implementation, and risk control measures. The purpose of this writing is to know and describe the loading and unloading procedures of logs at the Tanjung Emas Inner Port Pier (PELDAM) Semarang. Previously it will be explained how the process of preparing for the unloading of logs, knowing the documents used in the demolition process, Overcoming the process of implementing log unloading, to find out how to overcome various obstacles during the log unloading process, and ensure log unloading activities are successfully resolved from these obstacles. The data collection method used is the observation method by direct observation at the Tanjung Emas Inner Port Pier (PELDAM) Semarang, and combined using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with field operations and branch heads. The results of the study can be concluded that the company is engaged in loading and unloading where this company helps provide services in ensuring log unloading procedures at the Tanjung Emas Inner Port Semarang.
