Abstract

Basically humans can not live alone, so does the state. Each country needs another country to meet the needs of its people in order to live prosperous and prosperous. Cooperation in the form of interstate trade relations is needed by every country . This is because every country can not produce all goods and services needed by its people. In addition, also due to differences in resources owned, climate, geographical location, population, knowledge, and technology. These reasons led to the emergence of international trade. as for the obstacles in the delivery of exported goods in PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo, among others: Differences in currency between countries, Payment between countries difficult and big risk, The existence of import policies of a State, Licensing from the trade, and Human Resources (HR). The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know the agencies - agencies involved in export procedures, know the procedure of completion of export documents. In making this paper the authors use several research methods of observation observation methods, interview methods, document methods, and literature methods or libraries that made reference or guidance in the preparation of this paper. And the result of this research is to know all process in execution of export of goods and handling of existing problems. Keywords : Procedure, Mechanism, Facilities and Infrastructure, Search and Rescue (SAR).
