Abstract
Every company always demands that employees work as well as possible to create a safe and comfortable work environment so that they are able to work optimally for the smooth delivery of goods. The process of shipping goods is an effort or activity to deliver goods safely, preventing all forms of damage. The data collection method that the authors use is a qualitative data method. Factors in the Implementation of Human Resource Development at PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo are divided into 2, namely Internal factors and External Factors Human resource competence, there are three indicators used, namely knowledge, skills, and work attitude. In general, the competence of human resources at PT. Rimo Transport Ekspressindo Semarang can be classified as good, it's just that there are still things that need attention. In carrying out the delivery of goods by PT. Rimo Transport Ekspressindo is certainly inseparable from unwanted obstacles, both constraints that occur within the company and while in the field caused by certain factors, causing activities to be hampered or delayed. Some of these factors are documents, weather, human resources, computers, servers, trucks, damage to loading and unloading equipment. Human resource development is one of the human development funnels for the availability of quality human resources. The competence of human resources at PT. Rimo Transport Ekspressindo well clarified. Factors that cannot be predicted or prevented are natural factors such as rainy weather which can slow down the company's performance in shipping goods and factors from application systems.
