Abstract
Hydrant is a fire extinguishing system that uses high pressure air media. Hydrant is also a device or terminal connector for emergencies in the event of a fire. The use of this hydrant is expected to be able to handle fires so they don't get bigger. Problem formulation Leakage in the pipe due to too long a service life and a lot of dirt and crust in the tank resulting in collisions in the Hydrant system. The purpose of repairing the Hydrant flow pipe is to circulate air with high pressure on the Hydrant used and remove or clean crust and dirt so that it does not occur. in order for the Hydrant to operate properly drains water throughout the Hydrant system. To avoid pipe leakage due to scale/corrosion attack, it is necessary to prevent painting and use of anti-rust materials and the amount of waste can have an impact on the flow of the Hydrant. To prevent this from happening, it can be cleaned by scrubbing and using a cleaning fluid. The yield exceeds scale-forming in water by the amount of solubility in the state so that scale and dirt are formed. Due to the scale/dirt that is formed because the air quality in the tank is below operating standards, such as PH, conductivity, and alkali. Keywords: Hydrant, Damage, Maintenance, Repair
