Abstract
Customer loyalty is a deep commitment to repurchase or consistently subscribe to a product or service in the future. Customer loyalty is influenced by various factors including, service quality, comfort and price perception. All three have an important role in influencing customer loyalty in using BRT Semarang buses. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality, comfort and price perception on customer loyalty in using the Semarang BRT Bus. The sample in this research was 100 respondents who were Semarang rapid transit bus passengers, using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation is obtained: Y= 0,733+0,333X1+0,385X2+0,203X3+µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the variables that most dominantly influence the variables of service quality (X1), comfort (X2), price perception (X3) have a contribution of 56.1% in influencing good relationships with customer loyalty (Y). Meanwhile, other factors influence customer loyalty (100% - 56.1%)=43.9%. So, the remaining 49.0% are other variables that were not proposed in this research.
