Abstract
Parking levies are a potential that is managed with the aim of making it a source of regional income originating from each autonomous region. Improving public services is basically an obligation for government administration to improve the quality and quantity of the public service system and create efficiency and effectiveness in regional resource management (Laila Nurul, 2014). Law No. 28 of 2009 concerning regional taxes and regional levies, provincial governments and district or city governments have the right to collect and collect several levies aimed at regional interests in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations. Regional levies are a very important source of income to support the financing of local government implementation. In this study, the aim was to determine the analysis of the factors that influence parking fees in using parking facilities in the city of Blitar. In this study, the objects taken were consumers or users from the City of Blitar who used parking facilities in the City of Blitar. Sources of data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents which included consumers or parking users from the City of Blitar. Data collection in this study was carried out by Observation Methods, Library Studies, Interviews, Documentation, and Questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study was a multiple linear regression technique by first testing it through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and the classical assumption test (normality, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity normality, autocorrelation). The results of the analysis in this research were assisted by statistical tools from the SPSS V.26 program and a multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 0.772 + 0.138.X1 + 0.200.X2 + 0.331.X3 + 0.329.X4 + µ Service Quality (X1) has a tcount of 2.019 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Facility variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.898 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Monitoring Variable (X3) has a tcount of 2.488 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Effectiveness Variable (X4) has a tcount of 2.743 and a ttable of 1.661, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted Keywords : Quality of Service, Facilities, Supervision, Parking Levy
