Abstract

The development of globalization and technology is reflected by the continued increase in community activity and mobility which is also accompanied by the increasing number of available transportation options. Transportation services are a means of support among the community as a supporting factor in daily activities. With the existence of services in the field of transportation in the form of passenger transportation, delivery service transportation, goods transportation, and so on. Maxim is a technology company from Russia. Maxim first operated in Indonesia in 2018. Before entering Indonesia, Maxim had been operating in 455 cities in 13 countries since 2014. And this application provides modes in offering transportation services in the form of public transportation in the form of four-wheeled or two-wheeled vehicles. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and comfort on maxim bike service user satisfaction. The population in this study were all students of the education faculty majoring in guidance and counseling consisting of 3 classes and one class totaling 30 students. There are 2 classes totaling 31 students. So the total population is 92 people. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the application (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. Formulation The regression in this study is as follows: Y = 2,138 + 0,334X1 + 0,098X2 + 0,385X3 + µ From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing service user satisfaction is comfort with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.448 or 44.8%, which means that service user satisfaction is influenced by the variables of service quality, facilities and comfort, namely 44.8% and other factors that influence passenger interest, namely 55.2% Key Word: Service Quality, Facilities, Convenience, User Satisfaction Service
