Abstract
Management of ship arrivals and departures is an activity handled by the shipping company's operational department. The background of the problem in writing the paper is managing the arrival and departure of TB coal ships. True Buana Eternity IVTK. Buana Ocean 24 by PT. Spectra Tirtasegara Line Branch. The purpose of this paper is to find out the process of the ship's arrival from the time the ship arrives at the port until the ship leaves for the destination port. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the paper, the author uses several methods that are reviewed from the source, the author uses interviews, observations and document studies. The conclusion of this paper is that the author gains knowledge and insight regarding the handling of ship arrivals and departures so as to facilitate ship arrivals and departures. The result of this paper is to find out the management of the arrival and departure of TB ships. True Buana Eternity IVTK. Buana Ocean 24 by PT. Spectra Tirtasegara Line Branch, documents required upon arrival and issuance of ship approval letters, related parties during the ship's arrival and departure processes, obstacles in handling ship arrivals and departures.
