Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the analysis of service quality, accessibility and sales promotion on the decisions of service users. Data collection was carried out using 45 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.25 program. based on research results and multiple linear regression analysis was generated equality : Y = 1,238 + 0,402 X1 + 0,162 X2 + 0,026 X3 + 0,294 X4 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on service user satisfaction (Y), the facilities variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on service user satisfaction (Y) service performance variable (X3) has an effect positive and significant impact on service user satisfaction (Y) and employed performance variable (X4) have a positive and significant effect on service user. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.859) which means 85.9%, the variable coefficient of service quality, facilities, service performance and employed performance on service user satisfaction is 85.9%, while the rest (100% - 85.9% = 14.1%) influenced by other variables outside the research.
