Abstract

Goods expedition is a company that has the activity of sending goods with medium to small capacity to various regions. Several modes of transportation used as examples of expeditions are land, sea and air modes of transportation. Delivery by land transportation is the most cost-effective, but delivery of goods tends to take a long time. Consumer loyalty is a form of consumer loyalty to use a product or service continuously. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the achievement of the Performance Vision and Mission at Shopee Express Hub Kalideres. The population in this study were Shopee Express Hub Kalideres employees with a research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling with a sampling type, namely Saturated Sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS V.26 (software). The results of this research show that the variables Motivation, Discipline, Loyalty and Integrity partially influence the achievement of the Performance Vision and Mission. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -1.735 + 0.291X1 + 0.256X2 + 0.247X3 + 0.335X4 + µ where all the variables studied showed a positive and significant influence on the achievement of Vision and Mission Performance. From the regression equation it can also be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on the achievement of the Performance Vision and Mission is the Integrity variable with a regression coefficient of 0.335. next in second place is the Motivation variable with a coefficient of 0.291, third is the Discipline variable with a regression coefficient of 0.256 and finally the Loyalty variable with a regression coefficient of 0.247. For Hypothesis Testing, each t count is greater than t table (1.98498) and the significant value of each independent variable is smaller than 0.05. The R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.619 or 61.9%, which means that the achievement of the Performance Vision and Mission is influenced by the variables Motivation, Discipline, Loyalty and Integrity, which is 61.9% and other factors that influence the achievement of the Performance Vision and Mission, which is 38. .1%. The rest is influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example service quality, customer loyalty, price perceptions and so on.
