Abstract

To createuser loyalty, a company must create and manage a system to acquire more users and the ability to retain its users. In this study, 4 research variables were analyzed, namely Service Quality, Price Perception, Trust as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely Service User Interest in transportation services crossing the Paciran - Bawean route. The purpose of the study is toanalyze the influence of independent variables, namely Service Quality, Price Perception, and Trust on the dependent variable Interest of Crossing Transportation Service Users at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Paciran Branch.in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with statistical tools SPSS V 25.0 application. Types of quantitative research or data in the form of numbers that use non-probability sampling techniques with incidental sample types. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were passengers on KMP ships. Gili Iyang route Paciran - Bawean PT. ASDP Paciran branch, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation was produced: Y 0.389 + 0.180 X1 + 0.169 X2 + 0.587 X3+ μ From the results of the equation shows that the service quality variable (X1) has t count (2.167) t table (1.98498), price perception variable (X2) has t count (2.107) t table (1.98498), trust variable (X3) has t count (6.159) t table (1.98498). Thus the results of the study show that service quality, price perception and trust have a positive and significant effect on the interest of service users.
