Abstract

Efforts an agency / agencies to improve employee performance with the addition of labor done gradually. The wisdom of the overall endeavor to improve workforce performance through the improvement of the above conditions, the author tries to examine the factors that affect employee performance. One of the factors that affect performance is the motivation factor. Another factor affecting performance is the ability of employees. Psychologically, the ability (ability) employees consists of the potential ability and the ability of reality. The title proposed in this paper is' ANALYSIS OF ABILITY, WORK MOTIVATION AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (Case Study at PT. PELNI Semarang Branch) '. This study took the determination of a sample of 118 respondents using purposive random sampling technique is to determine the respondents based on criteria such as: permanent employees and is still active on the PT. PELNI Branch Semarang. Data analysis technique is the technique of linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Ver 21, namely: Y = 4,682 + 0,217 X1 + 0,241 X2 + 0,493X3 + Results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant effect partially between the capability to employee performance (t = 5.068 > t table = 1.9810), work motivation on employee performance (t = 5.802 > t table = 1.9810), organizational culture (t = 8.383 > t table = 1.9810). While simultaneously positive and significant effect (F count = 26.481 > F table = 2.68). Four variables influence the research is very strong with a correlation value of R2 = 58.9%. Simultaneously variable ability, motivation and organizational culture influence on employee performance of 74.5% and 25.5%, influenced by the study variables were not detected in this study.
