Abstract
This research aims to determine the analysis of factors that influence passenger interest in using KM. Kelimutu Department of Sampit-Semarang. The population used in this research was all passengers on the KM ship. Kelimutu Department of Sampit-Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and the technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling, that this sampling technique was based on chance. Questions are given using a questionnaire. Respondents' answers to questions regarding the variables studied in this research were then analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science Version 25). The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is produced: Y = 0.528 + 0.242 X1 + 0.298 X2 + 0.425 X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that partially there is a positive and significant influence on passenger service factors as indicated by the calculated t value (2.920) > t table (1.9848), the facility factor as indicated by the calculated t value (3.319) > t table (1.9849), the price factor is indicated by the calculated t value (4.547) > t table (1.9849) at a significance level of 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) is 0.541, which means that 54.1% of passenger service factors, facility factors and price factors influence passenger interest, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by research variables that were not detected by this research.
