Abstract

Passenger interest is something that arises after receiving a stimulus from the service he sees, from there arises an interest in trying the service until finally the desire to buy it arises in order to have it. PT. Dharma Lautan Utama is a company that serves sea transportation and short and long distance crossings throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, waiting time, price rates and facilities on passenger interest in using KM services. Kirana III destination Sampit - Semarang. The population in this study were KMPassengers. Kirana III Destination Sampit - Semarang and the sampleused in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling incidental sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For SocialScience (SPSS) Version 25. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Kirana III tujuan Sampit - Semarang Y = -0.837 + 0.278X1 + 0.232X2 + 0.298X3 + 0.249X4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that partially there is a positive and significant influence on service quality as indicated by the calculated t value (3.107) > t table (1.98498), the trust factor as indicated by the calculated t value (2.059) > t table (1.98498), the facility factor is indicated by the calculated t value (4.040) > t table (1.98498), the price factor is indicated by the calculated t value (2.769) > t table (1.98498) at a significant level 0.05. The R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.562 or 56.2%, which means that passenger interest is influenced by the variables of service quality, trust, price and facilities, namely 56.2% and other factors that influence KM passenger interest. Kirana III destination Sampit - Semarang is 43.8%. Keywords: passenger interest, quality of service, t r u s t , prices and facilities
