Abstract
Loading and unloading productivity is a problem that always gets serious attention in every country, especially regarding sea transportation. sea transportation is a meeting point for areas far from the center of activity, especially in supporting economic activities. With a port, economic activity can run more smoothly, most of the exported and imported goods are sent by sea because the amount of goods that can be transported by ships is greater than the amount of goods that can be transported by other fleets. if port performance is less than optimal, it will have a direct impact on opinion so that it will cause new problems, namely a decrease in loading and unloading loads. In this study, the loading and unloading productivity of excavators was influenced by several factors, including the stacking field, heavy equipment operator performance, and loading and unloading workforce (TKBM). These three factors played an important role in increasing loading and unloading productivity. The population in this study are employees/employees and TKBM as well as service users at PT. Bandar Krida Jasindo with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis t-test partially show that the Effectiveness of the Field Stacking Performance of Heavy Equipment Operators and Loading and Unloading Workers (TKBM) has a positive and significant effect on the Productivity of Loading and Unloading. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is to produce a regression equation Y = -0,245 + 0,230 X1 + 0,499 X2 + 0,226 X3+ μ. shows that there is a positive and significant effect partially between the Effectiveness of the Loading and Unloading Productivity (t count 2.636>t table 1.98472), the Performance of Heavy Equipment Operators on the Productivity of Loading and Unloading (t count 4.422>t table 1.98472), Tena Loading and unloading work on loading and unloading productivity (t count 2.385> t table 1.98472). The coefficient of determination gets an R squared value of 0.627, thus 62.7%, the remaining 37.3% (100% -62.7%) is caused by other factors.
