Abstract
Passenger safety is a state of avoiding everyone from the risk of accidents during traffic caused by humans, vehicles, roads, and/or the environment for the sake of creating a condition, where we are at a point where we do not endanger other motorists and are aware of possible hazards that can harm people. other. This study aims to determine the effect of driver behavior, driver experience and vehicle conditions on the safety of Trans Jogja bus passengers. The population in this study were bus passengers and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random sampling, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this study is as follows : Y= 0,733 + 0,333 + 0,203 + 0,385 + µ From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable affecting passenger safety is the vehicle condition variable with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R2 test (R square) obtained a result of 0.561 or 56.1%, which means that Passenger Safety is influenced by the variables of Driver Behavior, Driver Experience and Vehicle Condition, namely 56.1% and other factors that affect Trans Jogja Bus Passenger Safety, namely 43 .9%.
