Abstract
Punctual Departure is influenced by several factors including Airline Management, Operational Technical and Human Resources. Of the three, has an important role in improving Timeliness with satisfying results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Airline Management, Operational Technical and Human Resources on Punctual Departure at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. In this study, the study population was the Punctual Departure at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang by taking a sample system with 80 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: the independent variable Airline Management (X.1), Operational Technical (X.2), and Human Resources (X.3) and the dependent variable namely Punctual Departure (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis.. The results of the analysis using SPSS V.25 statistical aids obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -1,150 + 0,408X1 + 0.318X2 + 0.350X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Airline Management on Punctual Departure (t count 3.251> t table at 1.99085), Technical Operations on Punctual Departure (t count 2.944> t table at 1.99085), Resources Humans against Punctual Departure (t count 4.092> t table of 1.99085), individually Airline Management, Technical Operations and Human Resources affect the Punctual Departure. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 57.5% on Punctual Departure and 42.5% is influenced by variables not detected in this study.
