Abstract

Kluwut Harbor is a fishing port located in Kluwut village. The fishing community and Kluwut port have a long history. . The Kluwut area and its surroundings, especially those flowed by the Kluwut River, are known as transportation access for natural products in the form of teak wood in the Larangan forest area. In this study, three research variables were analyzed Human Resources, Sea Time, and Fishing Equipment as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely Fisherman Productivity. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and individually significant influence between independent variables, namely Human Resources, Sea Time, and Fishing tools on the dependent variable, namely Fisherman Productivity. In this study, the object taken was fishermen, boat owners who were in the Kluwut fishing port, Brebes Regency. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 71 respondents who have a ship GT 25-175 boats in the Kluwut Brebes regency. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with SPSS V.26 statistical tools, based on the results of research and data analysis generated regression equations. Y= 0.157 + 0.438 X1 + 0.256 X2 +0,247 X3 + µ Theequation of multiple linear regression shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Human Resources on Fishermen's Productivity t count (5.039)>t table (1.99547), Fishing Time on Fishermen's productivity t count (2.553) >t table (1.99547), Fishing Equipment on Fishermen's Productivity (t calculate (2.404) >ttable (1.99547), positive effect f and significant on fisherman produktivity. The influence of the four research variables is very strong with the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 55% on Fisherman Produktivity and 45% influenced by variables that were not detected in this study.
