Abstract
Bunker process aboard the TUG BOAT SEROJA 88 technological developments almost touch all aspects of human life at this time. This adds to a more competitive life, so that we are required to be able to provide good results, so in the world of shipping which is engaged in sea transportation services. Bunker is an activity on ships and ports, this bunker activity is to refuel on ships. The operation of the ship certainly does not escape the bunker before the ship sails and operates, as for some good and correct bunker procedures, as well as not endangering the ship crew, port and related parties when the bunker takes place, of course, must consider how to do an effective bunker so that the absence of oil spills and violating the shipping law, namely Marpol Annex I which explains marine pollution with various aspects, to create an effective bunker on the ship, of course, effective things need to be considered in order to avoid fatal events that tend to be dangerous for the ship crew, completeness and readiness in carrying out the bunker process on board the shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency plan (SOPEP) the role of the effectiveness of the fuel bunker process cannot be ignored because the role of the bunker process on board is very important to reduce obstacles and hazards on the ship.
