Abstract
Traffic safety and road transportation is a condition where everyone is protected from the risk of accidents during traffic caused by humans, vehicles, roads or the environment. PO Subur Jaya is a service company engaged in land transportation that provides tourism buses. This study aims to determine the effect of driver behavior, driver experience and vehicle conditions on PO Bus Passenger Safety. Subur Jaya Tourism The population in this study were PO Subur Jaya Tourism Bus Drivers and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: Y = 0,733 + 0,333X1 + 0,203X2 + 0,385X3 + µ From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing Passenger Safety is the Vehicle Condition variable with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.561 or 56.1% which means that Passenger Safety is influenced by the variable driver behavior, driver experience and vehicle condition which is equal to 56.1% and other factors that affect the Safety of PO Subur Jaya Tourism bus Passengers, namely by 43.9%.
