Abstract
The background of this research is the decrease in loading and unloading productivity at one of the loading and unloading companies at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang, namely PT. Samudera Indah Sejahtera. PT. Samudera Indah Sejahtera is a loading and unloading company (Stevedoring) which is engaged in the loading and unloading (B/M) of goods at the Tajung Emas Port, Semarang, both in bulk, bags and general cargo. PT. Samudera Indah Sejahtera stevedoring company which operates regularly at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. This study aims to determine the analysis of loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading workforce and the distance of the recipient of the goods on loading and unloading productivity. Data collection was carried out using 52 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with the type of sampling that is simple random sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. Through the method of observation, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS v.26 program. based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is: Y = - 0,541+ 0,386.X1 + 0,449.4X2 + 0,194.X3 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the loading and unloading equipment variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y), the loading and unloading workforce variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y), and the distance variable recipient of goods (X3) has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y). the results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.508) which means 50.8%, the variable coefficient of loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading workers and the distance of the recipient of the goods on loading and unloading productivity is 50.8% while the rest (100% - 50.8% = 49 .2%) influenced by other variables outside the study.
