Abstract
Transport crossing safety is transport that functions as a bridge connecting the road network and/or railway network which is widened by water for the transport of passengers and vehicles and their cargo. This research aims to determine the influence of crew resources, safety equipment, conditions on PT. ASDP Ferry Kupang Branch The population in this study was the crew and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, purposive sampling type, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this research is as follows:Y= 0.293 + 0.284 X1 + 0.438 X2 + 0.343 X3 + µ From this equation it is known that the variable that has the most dominant influence on the safety of crossing vessels is the condition variable with a regression coefficient of 0.438. The R2 test (R square) obtained a result of 0.664 or 66.4%, which means that transportation safety is influenced by the variables of crew resources, safety equipment and ship condition, namely 50.6% and other factors that influence the safety of safety services. crossings, namely 33.6%. Keywords : Ship crew resources, safety equipment, conditions, safety of crossing transportation.
