Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is the role of PT's operational division. Bahari Laju Anugerah Batam Branch in IN / OUT Clearance of Foreign Ship Lay Vessel 108 at PT. Mcdermott Batu Ampar. There are several background issues in this discussion, namely the online system upload procedure, and parties related to activities when foreign ships enter/exit and the obstacles faced in foreign ship clearance activities by PT. Bahari Laju Anugerah Batam Branch. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is the preparation of the PT Operational Division. Bahari Laju Anugerah Batam Branch in Clearance In / Clearance Out of Foreign Ships, knowing how the procedure is for Uploading to the Online System in Clearance In / Clearance Out of Foreign Ships, Parties Related to Clearance In / Clearance Out of Foreign Ships Lay Veseel 108 in PT. Mcdermott and the Obstacles Faced During Clearance In / Clearance Out. The methods used are observation, interviews, document study and literature study. The results obtained from the discussion of this paper are that there are still obstacles that often occur in uploading data to the system which results in delays in the approval process for the entry of foreign ships. Efforts to overcome this problem are by reporting any obstacles to the officer in charge. Keywords: In/Out Clearance, Foreign Ships, Online System.
