Abstract

ABSTRACT (dalam bahasa Inggris) Ahmad Yani Airport is one of the airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), as the gateway and spearhead of air traffic located in the western part ofthe city of Semarang. Ahmad Yani Airport now has 60 flight schedules filled by 12 airlines including Garuda Indonesia, At first Ahmad Yani Airport was an air base of the Indonesian Army, then a Representative of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation was formed in Puad Ahmad Yani Semarang as a realization of the change in the status of Kalibanteng airport with a Joint Decree of the Commander of the Air Force, Minister of Transportation and Minister of Army Y= -2.258 + 0.350X1 + 0.390X2 + 0.222X3 + 0.205X4 + μ From the results of this study there is a relationship between the independent variable and related variables, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables, namely Pasenger satisfaction of 0.350 (X1), Service quality of 0.390 (X2), Customer Experience of 0.222 (X3), and price perception of 0.205 (X4) studied proved to have a positive and significant effect on variables related to Increased Ticket Sales Volume (Y). In the coefficient of determination (R square) test, the Adjust R Square value of 0.591 means that 59.1% of variable variation is related to buying interest, while other factors that affect work accountability (100% - 59.1%) = 40.9%. So the remaining 40.9% of other variables were not proposed in this study. Keywords: passenger satisfaction, service quality, customer experience, and increased sales volume.
